En el barrio de Pacífico, Madrid, un antiguo tinglado industrial cobra nueva vida como un espacio residencial boutique de lujo. Este proyecto reinterpreta la historia del edificio, fusionando su legado industrial con un diseño sofisticado y funcional.

El diseño conserva la esencia estructural original, optimizando cada elemento con materiales nobles y soluciones técnicas avanzadas. La fachada, reinterpretada con malla metálica contemporánea, se integra armoniosamente con el entorno urbano. En el interior, la paleta de mármol natural, piedras oscuras y detalles en negro resaltan el carácter renovado del espacio.

Las suites siguen una estética minimalista con una distribución fluida, donde la iluminación, climatización y sostenibilidad son clave. Además, los espacios comunes, como el área de coworking, redefinen la experiencia de hospedaje urbano, adaptándose a las dinámicas contemporáneas de trabajo y ocio.

In the Pacífico district of Madrid, an old industrial warehouse is reimagined as a luxury boutique residential space. This project reinterprets the building’s history, merging its industrial legacy with sophisticated and functional design.

The design preserves the original structural essence, optimizing every element with noble materials and advanced technical solutions. The façade, reinterpreted with contemporary metal mesh, integrates harmoniously with the urban environment. Inside, the palette of natural marble, dark stones, and black accents highlight the renewed character of the space.

The suites follow a minimalist aesthetic with a fluid layout, where lighting, climate control, and sustainability are key. Additionally, common areas, such as the coworking space, redefine the urban lodging experience, adapting to the contemporary dynamics of work and leisure.
